Meet the executive team that is leading the charge to reinvent the travel, expense, and invoice experience.

As the leader of SAP’s Cloud Business Group, Jennifer Morgan has end-to-end responsibility for the company’s cloud lines of business, including SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C4/HANA, SAP Customer Experience, and Qualtrics. Jennifer is spearheading the company’s rapid and aggressive shift to the cloud as her portfolio includes revenue, product development, research, engineering, operations, and sales and marketing across SAP’s cloud businesses. In 2018, SAP cloud revenue surpassed license revenue for the first time in the company’s nearly five-decade history.

Jennifer became the first American woman ever appointed to the SAP Executive Board when she was named President of the Americas and Asia in 2017. In this role, she was responsible for SAP’s revenue, strategy, and customer success in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific Japan, regions encompassing more than 43,000 employees and nearly 230,000 customers. Mr. Eberhard was named President of SAP Intelligent Spend Group including SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass in May 2019. As the leader of these integrated cloud solutions, he is responsible for the oversight of end-to-end operations, vision and strategy.

Previously, as President of SAP Concur, Mr. Eberhard was responsible for setting the vision and executing against the operating plan for SAP Concur. Mr. Eberhard joined SAP Concur in 2003 and has more than 25 years of global sales and executive management experience in high-tech and has been instrumental in developing the vision for SAP Concur in business travel since 2006. His previous roles at SAP Concur include President of Global Distribution, in which he oversaw more than 1,800 sales and marketing professionals; EVP and General Manager, Global Accounts; EVP and General Manager, Asia Pacific; and EVP, Worldwide Sales & Business Development. Prior to SAP Concur, Mr. Eberhard was VP, Worldwide Sales at Xign; VP and General Manager for Ariba; and VP and General Manager, Education & Government at PeopleSoft.

A 25-year veteran of the business software industry, Jim Lucier has served as President of SAP Concur since June 2019. In this role, he sets the vision and oversees its execution for the world’s leading provider of integrated travel, expense and invoice management services and solutions. Previously, he was SAP Concur’s Chief Revenue Officer (Americas) and global Chief Services Officer from 2017 to 2019.
Jim joined Concur in 2008 as Vice President for Business Development. In 2011 he became General Manager of the Federal Government Business Unit. His previous industry experience includes senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Xign, Etensity and Gnossos Software. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He and his family live in McLean, VA.

Chris Arendale joined SAP Concur in 2013, and was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. As a certified CPA, Mr. Arendale has served in various leadership roles within the Finance organization, managing the billing and revenue assurance functions for SAP Concur. He was instrumental in integrating the finance functions of SAP Concur and SAP, as well as migrating to a new system. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Mr. Arendale worked for nearly a decade in the telecom industry across financial teams at leading enterprise companies AT&T and beyond.

Christal Bemont joined SAP Concur in 2004 and was named Chief Revenue Officer in April 2019, joining the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, Ms. Bemont is responsible for leading worldwide sales globally within SAP Concur’s Distribution organization. During her 15 years with the company, Ms. Bemont has held both sales and leadership positions across the enterprise and SMB segments, playing an integral role in growing SAP Concur’s largest global clients and leading multiple sales teams to success. Prior to her CRO appointment, Christal served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of SAP Concur’s Small, Midsized, and Nationals (SMN) business unit where she grew the segment 168% in four years. She previously worked for Adexs, Extensity, and Clarify.

As CMO and a member of the executive leadership team for SAP Concur, Ms. Albrecht leads multi-national marketing teams responsible for omni-channel product marketing, digital, brand, communications, customer success, demand generation, and market-expansion. Ms. Albrecht has a long history with SAP Concur, recently rejoining in August 2018 as vice president of global marketing centers of excellence and interim CMO, before becoming CMO in October 2018. From 2008 to 2013, Kim served as Concur’s vice president of corporate marketing. Prior to rejoining SAP Concur, Ms. Albrecht was vice president corporate marketing for Nintex and vice president at Silver Fox Productions. Ms. Albrecht has also worked for Microsoft and Great Plains where she held director-level marketing, communications, and events positions.

Mr. Weingartner joined SAP Concur in August 2017 as SVP of Development and was named Chief Technology Officer, EVP of Development in April 2018. In his role, Mr. Weingartner oversees all technology and cloud operations at SAP Concur, managing multi-national teams to deliver highly scalable SaaS solutions for global customers. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Weingartner has led major enterprise software platform deliveries and driven architecture for complex CRM products for some of the largest vendors in the industry. Prior to joining SAP Concur, he held senior leadership positions at companies such as Oracle, Siebel, and HP.

Mike Koetting joined SAP Concur in 2010 and was named Chief Product Strategy Officer in June 2019. In this role, Mr. Koetting is responsible for the strategy of SAP Concur’s portfolio of travel, expense and invoice management products and services. In addition to the portfolio strategy responsibilities, Mike is responsible for SAP Concur’s Travel Supplier and TMC Services organizations which manage the relationships with travel suppliers, GDSs and TMC reseller/fulfillment partners and provide the world’s leading travel agency automation technology, Compleat. Mike is also one the original architects of Concur TripLink. Prior to joining SAP Concur Mr. Koetting held a variety of senior positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Maritz Corporate Travel. He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and he is also a seven-time Ironman and altruistic kidney donor.

Christopher became SVP of Business Operations in March 2018 and has been a member of the executive leadership team for SAP Concur since November 2016. Mr. Juneau has a long history with SAP Concur, holding various product management, marketing and operational leadership roles across the world for the past 18 years. He has led its international expansion opening a number of new markets in Europe and Asia-Pacific on behalf of SAP Concur during his tenure.

Ms. Kumar was appointed VP of Human Resources in May 2017. She joined SAP Concur in 2011 as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the Technology and Operations organization. In October 2015, she became Director of Global Talent Management where she supported the IT, Product and Customer organizations. Seema’s passion for organizational design, coupled with her focus on talent development and business strategy has made her instrumental in the evolution of SAP Concur as they have grown to over 7,000 employees. Prior to SAP Concur, Ms. Kumar spent 12 years in various HR roles with Merrill Lynch, Drugstore.com and Mutual Materials. She has a master’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management.

Jenn McColly is the Vice President of Employee Experience (EX) at SAP Concur, overseeing corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, recognition, internal communications and employee engagement. Prior to leading the Employee Experience team, Jenn was the Vice President of Global Human Resources at SAP Concur. Jenn is passionate about empowering people to bring their passions and purpose together through meaningful and interesting work. Jenn holds a BA in Organization Communication from the University of Montana and is a member of the board of the Eastside Crusaders Youth Lacrosse Club and the advisory board of College of Humanities & Sciences at the University of Montana.

Steve Young is a cloud software industry veteran. He played a pivotal role in the initial success and growth of Outtask, a cloud startup company that pioneered integrated travel and expense prior to being acquired by SAP Concur in 2006. Following the acquisition, Steve helped to carry forward the concept of unified travel and expense in the cloud, helping SAP Concur become the world’s leading travel and expense solution provider. Steve has held various senior leadership roles during his tenure at SAP Concur, with an emphasis on delivering world-class service and support experiences for customers. Those roles have included Senior Vice President for Implementation Services and Executive Vice President for Global Services.

Pete Elmgren joined SAP Concur in April 2019 and is responsible for leading our Global Business Development organization, which includes building, developing, evolving, and executing strategies around partners and alliances. Pete, a 20+ year veteran of the technology industry, came from Microsoft where he was most recently General Manager of Corporate Sales for the Americas. In that role, he was responsible for driving revenue across all of Microsoft’s solution areas in the United States, Canada, and all of Latin America. Pete previously served as a global Vice President of Service Provider and System Integrator Sales at Palo Alto Networks. In addition, he has held executive roles at Polycom, Intel, and Avaya/Lucent/AT&T.

Ed Kim joined SAP Concur in 1999 as a consultant implementing customers on the company’s groundbreaking SaaS solution, which transformed it from a provider of on-premise solutions into a cloud business that leads its industry. Ed has since held various Services, Account Management and Operational leadership roles, including a two-year assignment as country director of SAP Concur Philippines. As VP of Executive Operations, Ed acts as chief of staff to SAP Concur’s president, overseeing the Office of the President, and working with the executive team to drive strategies that continuously improve business operations, customer experiences and company performance.
