Kevin has more than 35+ years in the travel industry, with 19 years of experience with online booking tools and web based travel solutions including meeting technology. Starting off in the airline industry as a flight attendant, then moving into the TMC world. Kevin’s experience comes from the big three TMCs including 19 years at American Express, 3 years at Carlson (CWT), and most recently BCD Travel before coming to SAP Concur. Kevin’s experience includes roles within Training, Implementations, and Product Development/Management.
