The soft economy has hurt many software makers, but Concur isn't one of them. Concur has accelerated its sales growth for four straight quarters. In its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, revenue grew 74 percent over the year-earlier period to $53.7 million. Minus special items, earnings rose 63 percent to 13 cents per share.
