The Finnish Incomes Register is statutory national database to which employers in Finland are legally required to report income related data. This includes salaries, wages, benefits and reimbursements such as mileages and travel allowances. By law these reimbursements must be reported within five calendar days of payment. Our software automates this process by taking paid travel expense and mileage data directly from SAP Concur. Validated data is securely transmitted within statutory deadline, eliminating manual entry and reducing the risk of human error.
