Complete to Offer New Delta Loyalty Capabilities within the Booking Experience
Eligible business travelers using Complete by SAP Concur and American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) will soon have a new way to access Delta Air Lines loyalty capabilities directly within the booking experience.
As part of new capabilities* being developed by Amex GBT and Delta for participating corporate customers and their travelers, eligible travelers will be able to enroll in Delta’s Fast Track to Medallion® Status offer through a simple, one-click process directly within the Complete booking experience.
Travelers who earn Medallion Status through the offer will unlock valuable perks designed to elevate their Delta travel experience, including Medallion mileage earn, waived bag fees, Complimentary Upgrade eligibility, and other Medallion benefits. The Fast Track to Medallion Status enrollment experience makes it easier for eligible travelers to access Delta loyalty opportunities as part of their corporate booking journey.
“Complete is designed to make business travel more connected and personalized,” said Charlie Sultan, President of Concur Travel at SAP Concur. “Providing eligible travelers with an easy way to enroll in Fast Track to Status without disrupting the Complete booking flow will create a more cohesive user experience and offer an accelerated path to Delta status. As we prepare to roll out these capabilities, they reflect how our alliance with Amex GBT will continue to expand the value Complete delivers to travelers, corporate travel programs, and our partners.”
These new Delta capabilities being developed represent another step forward for Complete and the strategic alliance between SAP Concur and Amex GBT. We’re co-developing Complete with Amex GBT to bring travel booking, servicing, payments, and expensing into a more connected experience, giving business travelers greater flexibility to tailor their journeys to their needs.
*Note: Capabilities being developed for participating corporate customers and their travelers are in different stages of testing.
