- Trust and policy in practice
- 50% of U.S. Utilities business travelers say they have bent or broken their organization's travel or expense policies at least once, including 24% who do so sometimes or often
- AI in business travel is outpacing policies
- 63% of U.S. Utilities business travelers say they would use AI tools their organization has not approved
- Business travel is considered essential
- 83% of U.S. Utilities CFOs say business travel is very or extremely important to their organization’s overall growth strategy
