Joule with SAP Concur solutions:
The much-anticipated general availability release of Joule for SAP Concur solutions became available in 2025. Joule helps you work smarter and manage travel and expenses more efficiently by enabling natural language interactions. Booking policy-compliant travel, submitting expenses, and getting answers quickly is now easier than ever.

Receipt Analysis Agent for ExpenseIt
More accurate, automated receipt capture with an AI‑powered agent that extracts data with greater precision. It analyzes information on and around the receipt, including maps and Concur Travel itineraries, to improve categorization and itemization while reducing manual entry. The feature runs automatically in existing web, mobile, and email workflows with no setup changes required.

Unified travel, expense, and servicing experience
Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT:
Stronger oversight of spend and a more personalized, seamless experience for employees will be delivered with Complete, a unified travel, expense, and servicing solution launched through the strategic alliance between SAP Concur and Amex GBT. Built on the foundation of the new Concur Travel, Complete is intended to bring booking, servicing, expensing, and payments into one experience, with AI at its core.

- Request Assistant in Concur Request for flight and hotel cost estimates:
More precise flight and hotel cost estimates are available in the Concur Request service. This enhancement provides greater cost and compliance confidence when used with the latest version of Concur Travel. Your users can plan a business trip, from San Francisco to New York, for example, and instantly verify costs and policy compliance.

With Concur TripLink, users get access to the TripIt Pro travel guidance feature, which now includes destination-specific safety information to support more confident international travel decisions. Whether traveling to a conference in Tokyo or a client meeting in Johannesburg, users can now access critical safety information about their destination.

- Pre-spend planner feature for Concur Expense:
A more efficient time-saving planning feature generates cost estimates for trips, meals, and other expenses. It adapts to user preferences using generative AI, simplifies sharing plans with managers and colleagues, and includes helpful travel advisory information.

Faster and more reliable native integration experience available exclusively for new customers at launch. Built with a modern, standardized setup, it empowers customers with full self‑service control for onboarding, configuration, and transaction reprocessing, while offering significantly enhanced master data synchronization across Chart of Accounts, Lists and list items, and Employees/Vendors. The result is a more robust, streamlined, and future‑ready integration for your finance team.

- QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Xero for Professional Edition:
Enhanced accounting workflows available through new direct integrations with widely used finance platforms in professional edition. These integrations reduce manual processes, eliminate many custom workarounds, and deliver a more unified experience across SAP Concur editions.

A more seamless identity experience through automated tenant provisioning and unified sign‑on via Identity Authentication Service (IAS). This reduces administrative effort and strengthens identity consistency across SAP Concur and other SAP cloud applications.
