Higher Education Finance Teams Need Control and Visibility to Face Unprecedented Challenges

Education in the U.S., like many other industries, had been incorporating remote work before COVID-19 struck, but the outbreak’s impact has exponentially elevated the necessity of work from home. However, financial and administrative departments at higher education institutions are not prepared to support a growing and sustainable work environment transformation.

A recent study conducted by the SAP Concur organization and Wakefield Research highlights these challenges presented by inadequate technology, employee engagement, and outdated policy.
