During an internal audit, found agents were spending a significant amount of time on manual tasks including service fee verification, travel policy compliance, max traveler per flight tracking, commission tracking, and more. With a combination of Remote Data Access (RDA) and web services through Concur® Compleat, Merit was able to leverage critical data to improve their processes.
