Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Singh has served as Concur's Chief Executive Officer since 1996 and director since 1993, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 1999. Mr. Singh currently serves on the boards of directors for CornerStone OnDemand, Cleartrip, Buuteeq and ModuMetal. In addition, Mr. Singh serves is a director at the Washington Roundtable, chairman of the GBTA Foundation, a director of the W Fund, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Prior to Concur, Mr. Singh served as the General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Singh co-founded Concur in 1993, became Chief Operating Officer in September 2002, and became President in September 2005. Mr. Singh has been a director of Concur since April 2008. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Concur, including the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Services. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Singh worked at Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. Mr. Singh serves on the boards of directors of Apptio, as well board positions at Partnership for Learning, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and SeeYourImpact, three not-for-profit organizations.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pelzer joined Concur in May 2010 as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pelzer currently serves on the board of directors for Benefitfocus and the Washington Technology Industry Association. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Pelzer served as a Director and Vice President in the Software Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Pelzer was a Vice President with Credit Suisse First Boston and a management consultant with Kurt Salmon Associates.
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Enterprise Business Unit
Mr. Cavanaugh became the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Enterprise Business Unit in 2010. Mr. Cavanaugh has served in various roles since joining Concur in 1999, including Executive Vice President, Client Development, Executive Vice President, Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Director, Consulting Services. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Cavanaugh held consulting and implementation management positions at Seeker Software and Ceridian Corporation. Mr. Cavanaugh served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991 to 2000.
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Small & Mid-Size Business Unit
Ms. Donio joined Concur in 1998 and became Executive Vice President and General Manager, Small & Mid-Size Businesses in 2010. Her previous roles at Concur have included Executive Vice President of Emerging Business, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Product Management. Prior to joining Concur, Ms. Donio was a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting's SAP practice. Ms. Donio currently serves on the board of directors for the King County Boys and Girls Clubs.
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Concur Travel and Expense
Mr. Hilton co-founded Concur in 1993 and served as Concur's Chief Executive Officer until 1996. He became Executive Vice President and General Manager, Concur Travel and Expense in October 2012. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing. Mr. Hilton was a director of Concur from 1993 until July 2008 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1996 until 1999. Before co-founding Concur, he served as Senior Development Manager at Symantec Corporation, an international technology firm focused on protecting information and computer systems, and as Director of Product Development for Contact Software International, a personal computer software publisher that was acquired by Symantec.
Executive Vice President, Concur Traveler Services
Mr. Padgett became Executive Vice President, Traveler Services in 2012. Since joining Concur in 1997, he has served in various roles including Executive Vice President, Concur Platform Services; Executive Vice President and General Manager, EMEA; Vice President International Sales and Marketing; Director of Concur's Asia Pacific region; Director of Consulting Services; and Director of Business Development.
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Client Services
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Client Services
Mr. Robison joined Concur in 2006 as the Executive Vice President of Client Services in connection with Concur's acquisition of Outtask, Inc. At Outtask, Inc., he was Executive Vice President of Operations and Client Services and a founding member of its management team. Prior to that, Mr. Robison managed research and development and client services at Platinum Technology.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Mr. Torrey joined Concur in October 2007 and serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Concur, he was an equity research analyst at Adams Harkness, Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, and Montgomery & Co., where he was also Director of Research. Mr. Torrey began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the firm's national office and corporate and operations strategy consultant. Mr. Torrey currently serves on the boards of directors of ClearTrip Inc., RideCharge, Inc., Evature Technologies Ltd. and Visage Mobile, Inc., and the Santa Clara University Alumni Association.
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Mr. Grieve joined Concur in 2012 as the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Grieve was the President of Creature, Inc., a creative agency with offices in Seattle and London. Prior to that, Mr. Grieve was Director of Marketing at Corbis, and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at start-up Vitessa.
Executive Vice President of Platform & Data Services
Mr. MacDonald leads the company’s T&E Cloud initiatives such as fostering an ecosystem of partners to create value for clients, their employees and the travel suppliers who support them as well as developing Concur's data science capability and product offering. Mr. MacDonald’s travel industry experience prior to Concur includes senior vice president & general manager of Expedia US, chairman and president of luxury travel provider Classic Vacations and vice president of product management at Hotwire.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Concur Invoice
Mr. Nguyen joined Concur in 2011 and became Senior Vice President and General Manager, Concur Invoice in 2013. His previous roles at Concur include Vice President of Product Management & Strategy and Vice President of Business Development, Platform Services. Prior to Concur, Phong served as a Vice President at SAP where he focused on mobility solutions, emerging markets and business development.
Vice President, User Experience Strategy
Mr. Nielsen joined Concur in 2010 and is currently Vice President of User Experience Strategy. An application design and usability veteran, Robb was named one of Seattle’s 40 Under 40 in 2008. Prior to Concur, he built US operations for Resultrix and was a former managing partner of Ramp, an online agency where he founded and led the user experience group, providing usability design and UX design services to leading companies for eight years. Robb also led the Web design and production team at Homegrocer.com and is former President of the University of Washington Technical Communication Alumni Association.
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Olsen joined Concur in December 2005 and is currently Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Concur, she led teams in various roles at Philips Medical Systems, a division of Royal Philips of the Netherlands. There, Ms. Olsen’s focus was talent acquisition and talent management, as well as M&A efforts toward process integration, policies and talent. Previous roles also include her leadership of both human resources and accounting teams at AGRA Earth & Environmental, now known as AMEC.
