Ms. Donio became president of Concur in December 2014 after serving in a variety of leadership roles at the company, including head of worldwide sales and marketing, head of product management, and most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Worldwide Small & Mid-size Businesses. Since joining Concur in 1998, Ms. Donio has played an instrumental role in evolving Concur’s business from licensed, enterprise software to cloud-based services, from desktop to mobile computing, and from a dominant focus on large business clients to the small and mid-market. Beyond passion for leadership in technology, Ms. Donio is an advocate for workplace diversity and a mentor with the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Mr. Eberhard joined Concur in 2003 and became President, Global Distribution in 2014. At Concur, he has held roles as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Accounts; Executive Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific; and Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Business Development. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Eberhard was Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Xign; Vice President and General Manager for Ariba; and Vice President and General Manager, Education & Government at PeopleSoft.
Mr. Nelson joined Concur as its Chief Technology Officer in December 2013. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Nelson spent 17 years at Oracle Corporation where his last role was Vice President and Architect responsible for Oracle’s cloud infrastructure, including its Infrastructure as a Service, Java Platform as a Service, and Infrastructure for Fusion Applications SaaS offerings. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Nelson held engineering positions at Informix Software and AT&T Network Systems.
Mr. Robison joined Concur in 2006 as the Executive Vice President, Client Services in connection with Concur's acquisition of Outtask, Inc. At Outtask, Inc., he was Executive Vice President, Operations and Client Services and a founding member of its management team. Prior to that, Mr. Robison managed research and development and client services at Platinum Technology.
Mr. Lucier joined Concur in 2008 and became Senior Vice President and General Manager, Federal Government Business Unit in 2011. Previously at Concur, he was Vice President, Business Development. Before joining the company, Mr. Lucier held a leadership position at JPMorgan Chase following its acquisition of Xign Corporation. At Xign, he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Mr. Lucier began his career with leadership positions at Etensity and Gnossos Software.
Ms. Shapiro joined Concur in 2015 to lead global communications and was named Vice President of Corporate Marketing in 2016. Prior to Concur, Ms. Shapiro led brand and communications for online retailer Zulily, repositioning the company for its IPO. Ms. Shapiro also was a marketing executive at Starbucks, where she launched Starbucks VIA and led multiple marketing campaigns. Prior to Starbucks, Ms. Shapiro held leadership roles in product management and global brand strategy at Microsoft.
Ms. Dunn joined Concur in 2014 as Vice President, Customer Experience (CX). Previously Ms. Dunn built and led the Customer Insights practice for Citrix as Managing Director, Customer Insights and developed CX programs for the healthcare division of Philips as the Global Director, Customer Experience. With 15+ years of experience in the CX field, Ms. Dunn also serves as a CX Expert with the Customer Experience Professionals Association and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
Mr. Singh has served as Concur's Chief Executive Officer since 1996 and was named to the SAP Global Managing Board in January 2015. Mr. Singh leads the SAP Business Network Group, which brings together the teams from Ariba, Fieldglass and Concur. He currently serves on the boards of directors for Cleartrip.com and ModuMetal. In addition, Mr. Singh serves as a strategic director at the Madrona Venture Group, a director at the Washington Roundtable, a member of the Washington Board of Trustees for the Nature Conservancy, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Prior to Concur, Mr. Singh served as the General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation.
Mr. Pelzer joined Concur in May 2010 as its Chief Financial Officer and was named President and COO of SAP Business Network Group in August 2015. Mr. Pelzer currently serves on the boards of directors for Benefitfocus and Limeade. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Pelzer served as a Director and Vice President in the Software Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Pelzer was a Vice President with Credit Suisse First Boston and a management consultant with Kurt Salmon Associates.
Mr. Torrey joined Concur in October 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the SAP Business Network Group. Prior to joining Concur, he was an equity research analyst at Adams Harkness, Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, and Montgomery & Co., where he was also Director of Research. Mr. Torrey began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the firm's national office and corporate and operations strategy consultant. Mr. Torrey currently serves on the boards of directors of ClearTrip Inc., RideCharge, Inc., Evature Technologies Ltd., Table8, Visage Mobile, Inc., and the Santa Clara University Alumni Association.
Mr. Malone joined Concur in 2009 and was named Chief Financial Officer, SAP Business Network Group in August 2015. His previous role at Concur was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Malone served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Washington Mutual and Audit Manager at Deloitte. Mr. Malone also currently serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where he has held the roles of President and Treasurer.
Ms. Ostertag became head of human resources for Concur and the SAP Business Network Group in January 2015 after holding a variety of senior HR roles at SAP since 2006. Most recently, she was the Head of HR for SAP Canada. Previously, Ms. Ostertag served as the strategic advisor to the chief HR officer of SAP and to the senior HR leadership team on all “people agenda” and HR-related topics. Prior to joining SAP, Ms. Ostertag held senior HR positions at Kellogg’s Deutschland GmbH, IT@Manpower, ID Media Inc, and Rothmans of Pall Mall.
