Keynote speakers

Mari-Frances Bentvelzen joined SAP Concur in 2015 and was named Business Head and General Manager of the Global Small to Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment in January 2022. In this role, Mari-Frances is responsible for leading worldwide SMB sales.

Prior to her current appointment, Mari-Frances served as Global Vice President of Customer Success and Services. During her time in this position, Mari-Frances’ team was responsible for product implementation and customer retention, overseeing approximately $500M in revenue and more than 50,000 global customers.

Mari-Frances holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. She and her husband, Chris, make their home outside of Seattle with their three daughters, Peyton, Emerson, and Hudson.

Andrea Rossiter joined MUFG Union Bank, N.A. in 2015. Andrea oversees an enterprise-wide function responsible for corporate travel, expense management, corporate card administration, corporate insurance and managed print for 13,000 employees in the US. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining MUFG, Andrea worked at UBS, HSBC and Merrill Lynch. Andrea received an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from Fordham University. Andrea lives in Briarcliff Manor, NY, with her husband and two children. Andrea is President of the Briarcliff Manor Education Foundation and a Catechist for her parish.

As the Associate Director of Global Travel and Expense at Alkermes, Inc. Lindsay Balram leads a highly skilled and experienced team who have created an ever evolving corporate travel and expense program across a global bio-tech organization. Her notable passion for “thinking outside the box” and ensuring that traveler safety and experience remain at the forefront of Alkermes’ travel program has set the stage for her role as a thought leader within the travel space. Lindsay has progressed her career in the industry over the course of two decades and is currently on the Board of Directors for the New England Business Travel Association where she oversees chapter meeting content and execution. She currently lives in Rhode Island with her husband Steven and their dog Maximillian.

Is there a cost to attend Fusion Exchange?
No, the event registration is complimentary.
Is there a discounted hotel rate at the venue?
There is not a discounted hotel rate for SAP Concur Fusion Exchange Chicago.
How do I get to the Registration Desk when I arrive? Is there parking?
Registration Desk: Registration is located on Level 0. Upon entering the hotel, walk through the lobby (away from the Chicago River) towards the back of the building. Take a right, and take the escalators down one level. Signage and support staff will be available to help guide you.

Directions and Parking: The Swissotel Chicago is located on 323 E. Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago. The entrance to the hotel is on Upper Wacker. Parking is available for the following out of pocket rates: Three to six hours for $41.00 or 6+ hours for $78.00. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance the valet will direct you on where to park - space is available on a first come basis.
Will sessions be recorded at the in-person experience?
Unfortunately, sessions presented onsite will not be recorded. However, slide decks will be made available to attendees after the event concludes.
Will continuing education credits be available to attendees?
Yes, select sessions at Fusion Exchange New York are eligible for CPE credit. Please click the button below for in-depth information on the steps and requirements to earn CPE credit.
What meals are provided at the conference?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the conference day, as well as heavy appetizers during the evening reception.
What is the recommended attire for the event?
Business casual attire is suggested for the conference.
What are health and safety precautions for Fusion Exchange?
SAP Concur is committed to the health and safety of all those invited to participate in the event. At this time, Fusion Exchange attendees are not required to show proof of vaccination or wear a face mask while onsite.
