2023 Keynote speakers

As the Chief Revenue Officer for SAP Concur, Peter Graulich is responsible for building and leading a world-class team and driving the growth of the business on a global scale. Since joining SAP in 2016, he has held both sales and presales management roles in SAP’s Platform & Technology Business, served as the COO of Intelligent Spend Management in the Region Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE), and was appointed SVP and General Manager of Intelligent Spend Management in the EMEA North region in 2020. In February that same year, Peter completed the SAP Master’s program, earning a Master of Science in Leading Sales Transformation from Middlesex University.

Prior to joining SAP, Peter had the privilege throughout his career to work with highly talented people across enterprise software companies, including IBM and CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom). Those experiences, together with his journey with SAP, have helped him develop into a passionate and highly effective organizational leader, with a demonstrated commitment to the success of customers and colleagues by prioritizing operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. You can often find him skiing in the winter months, and he is also a car enthusiast.

Leading SAP Concur’s customer success and services organizations, Dylin’s teams support the entire post-sale customer journey, focusing on delivering customer outcomes, revenue retention, and growth at scale. They’re a people-first leader, deeply invested in building a culture of belonging and engagement.

Jeanne Dion is the leader of the Value Experience Group at SAP Concur. She and her team focus on creating positive business outcomes using data driven insights and program experience for all customers. Jeanne is entering her 12th year at SAP Concur where she has also worked as an implementation specialist for Enterprise customers. Prior to joining SAP Concur, she was a customer running T&E and AP programs for a multinational biotech company.

Claudia La Mora is a Senior Solutions Consultant with over 13 years of experience with the SAP Concur solutions. Her extensive background in Accounting, Data Integration, and Process Improvement has been key in partnering with our largest most complex Global customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes in the areas of compliance, spend governance, site optimization, and employee satisfaction.

Julie brings 20+ years of experience in finance across multiple industries. She is currently the VP of Global Shared Services Operations for Stanley Black and Decker, a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware. She leads a global team of highly engaged performance and improvement-driven individuals that provide business support for controllership and accounting activities from global centers located in Colombia, Brazil, Poland, Malaysia, China, and India. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the business process outsourcing (BPO) relationship ensuring solid performance and execution. Previously, Julie served as Business Unit Controller for Global Emerging Markets, a Division of Global Tools and Storage at Stanley Black and Decker, where she was responsible for approximately a $1.6 Billion market in the LATAM, APAC and EMEA regions.

Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, Julie began her career as an internal auditor at Halliburton and worked in various accounting roles before serving as Corporate Controller for Flotek, where she shifted the focus from earnings to cash and liquidity. From Flotek, Julie took on increasing responsibilities by joining Cameron International Inc. With over five years at Cameron International Inc., Julie was asked to lead the finance side of the divestiture of the Reciprocating Compression Division to GE Oil & Gas, and then oversaw integration and continuity of the operations as CFO of the division.

Julie resides in Houston, Texas with her husband of almost 16 years and two boys. Julie is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) and will often be found at LSU Tiger Stadium rooting for her LSU Tigers with 100,000+ of her favorite fans during football season.

Is there a cost to attend Fusion Exchange?

No, the event registration is complimentary.

Is there a discounted hotel rate at the venue?

There is not a discounted hotel rate for SAP Concur Fusion Exchange Chicago.

How do I get to the Registration Desk when I arrive? Is there parking?

Registration Desk: Registration is located on Level 0. Upon entering the hotel, walk through the lobby (away from the Chicago River) towards the back of the building. Take a right, and take the escalators down one level. Signage and support staff will be available to help guide you.

Directions and Parking: The Swissotel Chicago is located on 323 E. Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago. The entrance to the hotel is on Upper Wacker. Parking is available for the following out of pocket rates: Three to six hours for $41.00 or 6+ hours for $78.00. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance the valet will direct you on where to park - space is available on a first come basis.

Will sessions be recorded at the in-person experience?

Unfortunately, sessions presented onsite will not be recorded. However, slide decks will be made available to attendees after the event concludes.

Will continuing education credits be available to attendees?

Yes, select sessions at Fusion Exchange New York are eligible for CPE credit. Please click the button below for in-depth information on the steps and requirements to earn CPE credit.

What meals are provided at the conference?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the conference day, as well as heavy appetizers during the evening reception.

What is the recommended attire for the event?

Business casual attire is suggested for the conference.

What are health and safety precautions for Fusion Exchange?

SAP Concur is committed to the health and safety of all those invited to participate in the event. At this time, Fusion Exchange attendees are not required to show proof of vaccination or wear a face mask while onsite.
