Add QR Code data to Concur Expense automatically
Read and extract data from QR codes to extend the capabilities of your Concur Expense solution.
QR Scan integrates with Concur Expense (compatible for both ExpenseIt and non-ExpenseIt customers). Every expense entry in Concur Expense containing a receipt is analyzed and read by QR Scan at the time of expense report submission. Data contained in QR codes is automatically scanned by the application and populated back into the expense entries in Concur Expense.
With QR Scan, you can feel confident that mandatory regulatory information is correctly entered into Concur Expense. The process of QR Reading is automated, so travelers, approvers, and accountants save time and ensure data quality.
Supported countries and fields:
PORTUGAL: Issuer Tax ID, Customer Tax ID, Invoice Number and ATCUD + all other fields contain in Portuguese QR Codes.
