About Concur Expense Integration

By setting up the Concur Expense integration in advance, once an online payment is completed using the configured payment method, it will automatically be registered in Concur Expense as an E-Receipt.

Information Linked to E-Receipts

• Name of the taxi company used
• Taxi company address and contact information
• Pick-up location, drop-off location, and pick-up time, drop-off time
• Payment items, payment amount (including consumption tax rate and consumption tax amount)
• Payment method
• Payment date and time
• Registration number
• S.RIDE order number (e.g., 20250401M00012345678)

How to Register for the Concur Expense Integration

1. Register your email address and password for your S.RIDE account in advance.
2. Connect to "S.RIDE" within the SAP Concur App Center.
3. In the S.RIDE app settings, select "Service Linkage", then choose SAP Concur and turn on the payment methods you want to link for E-Receipts.
