The HQ SummitGround integration with Concur Expense allows e-receipts to be posted directly to employee accounts for all chauffeured ground transportation including taxi, ride-hail, private car hire and more.
The integration is activated at the company level, meaning individual employees do not need to opt-in.
As part of the HQ SummitGround billing and payment solution, every ride is fully validated prior to payment thus greatly reducing incorrect charges, credits and chargebacks. As a result, the employee experience is significantly enhanced as they simply take the ride, and then the appropriate charges will appear in their Concur Expense account as an e-receipt. SAP Concur can then automate the process of matching the receipt to the expense, making the process seamless for end-users.
Payment is flexible and can be done using Direct Bill and/or Credit Card payment, ensuring the client can pay in their preferred manner.
