Updated Department Manager Overview

Improvements were made to the Department Manager Overview dashboard and its Current Quarter Spend Details drill-through report.

  • Accrual Calculation - The calculation for accrual was updated for the Current Quarter Spend section to properly calculate the values for the different types of accruals. Previously, in certain scenarios the accruals were not being included correctly.
  • Policy Exceptions by Employee (Expense Reports Tab) - In the Policy Exceptions by Employee section of the dashboard, the Total Exception Amount column was renamed to Total Exceptions Value. The value in the Total Exception Value column is calculated by multiplying the value from the #Exceptions field by the value in the Exception Level field.
  • Current Quarter Spend Details Drill-Through Report - The calculation for the Current Quarter Spend Details drill-through report was modified to match the business logic used by the Department Manager Overview dashboard.
