We’re excited to let you know all about our latest launch: TripIt for TMCs. Travel Management Companies (TMCs) manage your company’s business travel and strive to provide you with quality care both before your trip or in the event of a disruption.
I’m a Traveler—What’s In It for Me?
Once you’ve booked your travel, you can download TripIt and simply forward your confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org, just as you would with any travel confirmation email. Then, if your TMC is participating in TripIt for TMCs, their contact information will be available right alongside your travel plans in TripIt.
Our new program allows travelers who book through their TMC to change their plans or get help during their trip from the TripIt app—anytime, anywhere, on any device. If you’re a TripIt Pro user, your flight alerts will include TMC contact information so you can call them directly.
I’m a TMC—What Are the Benefit for Us?
When developing the program, TripIt worked closely with a group of TMCs to create a program that meets the needs of the TMC community. The following TMCs participated as launch partners:

- World Travel Service, Inc.
For TMCs, opportunities to stay connected to travelers diminish after they book their travel plans. The TripIt for TMCs program provides an easy way for TMCs to be accessible to their travelers after they book, and to stay top of mind anytime their travelers need to make a change to their reservation while on the go.
TMCs interested in participating in the program can sign up at http://tripit.com/lp/TMC. The program is open to TMCs of all sizes in the United States or other English-speaking countries.
