Travel and Expense is the New Trend for Clothing Brand Abercrombie & Fitch

With more than $19 million in travel spend, 36,000 expense reports to process annually and thousands of travelers moving among more than 1,100 stores and offices in domestic and international locations, apparel company Abercrombie & Fitch looked to Concur to help manage their travel and expense management process.

With employees traveling among 25 countries, a fully automated global T&E solution, like Concur, is a necessity in order to adjust to multiple countries regulations and requirements. While going global can be extremely complex, Allison Coe, T&E Manager and Corporate Card Administrator, says “Global deployments are a breeze now [with Concur]… We’re set to deploy in five Asian Pacific countries after successful implementations in Europe and across North America.”

With employees traveling all around the world, Concur’s mobile solution gives them travel booking and expense reporting capabilities – anytime, anywhere. The mobile solution is so convenient for employees, Abercrombie & Fitch reports employees have voluntarily adopted the solution.

On the back end, Abercrombie & Fitch has also been able to enhance their corporate card program. In fact, they’ve been able to reduce their corporate card file time by 15 days – leading to significantly increased credit card rebates and reducing late fees. As you can imagine, this really adds up for a company of their size.

“[Concur’s] always on the cutting edge of technology,” Coe says. “They respond to our needs with cost-effective solutions. And they’re a tremendous pleasure to work with, from top company leadership to our designated team. We couldn’t be more satisfied or impressed with Concur’s expertise and solutions.”

Now that Abercrombie & Fitch has their travel and expenses in the bag, they reap the benefits of time and cost savings.
