I’m excited to bring Concur Advantage to market for a couple of reasons. First, the program was born out of direct dialogue and feedback from clients. Now, our clients have a unique selection of value-added services and support – from project management through help desk support and everything in between – to help them maximize the value of their Concur technology solutions.
Secondly, it will further improve the way in which we, as individuals and a collective business, deliver the best service we possibly can to clients. Every employee at Concur, whether they work directly with clients or not, is tasked with answering the question, “how can I help make the lives of our clients better today?” Concur Advantage is the next logical step in the evolution of on-demand services, and provides even more opportunities for us to deliver on this promise.
