The Budget feature enables customers to set up all components of a budget:
- Fiscal year to determine your specific budget period,
- Tracking fields to track spending on a cost center (profit center) level,
- Categories to combine, or group, expense types for specific purposes and budgets (which are the actual annual budgets, which are budget items, and which define the budget including fiscal year, budget owner, budget name and description).
