In mid-November, IPM will be enabled for all EU Concur Standard customers, using Concur's In-Product Messaging System. The content, timing, location, and frequency of a message are all defined by each message's campaign and by the characteristics of each company and each user.
For customers hosted in the EU data center, we offer a way for all users to opt out of specific messages.
Whether it's a popup message or an in-page message, an information icon appears in the upper-right corner of the message where they can click a Why am I seeing this? link which provides information about why they are seeing this particular message as well as an X to opt out of seeing similar messages in the future.
