Expense Assistant is now available for all Concur Expense users. Expense Assistant is enabled by default for your company, but it can be disabled for all users on the Site Settings page. If your company allows access to Expense Assistant, each individual user will be allowed to opt in to to take advantage of this feature.
If you do not want Expense Assistant to be available, you must disable the feature for your company on the Site Settings page.
What is Expense Assistant?
Expense Assistant automatically creates an expense report for you and fills it with your incoming expenses. Expense Assistant is designed for users who want to spend minimal time doing expense reports and get reimbursed quickly.
