Customer innovation at Concur Fusion 2015

This has been an exciting week of collaboration, discussion and learning in San Francisco. Today Concur CMO, Jerame Thurik, had the opportunity to chat with a panel of Concur Innovation Award winners who shared their experiences managing business travel and expenses. They gave the audience insight into the tips and tricks that make them a success and allow them to innovate in their roles. Here are this year's Concur Innovation Award winners.



Adelman Travel

Adelman Travel is a full-service travel firm specializing in corporate on-site travel offices. They operate on-site in 90 corporations nationwide plus three reservation centers. Adelman Travel partnered with Concur to leverage the mobile platform and capture hard data. Now, they’re able to deliver real time, critical information to their travelers.  



ALPS Corporation

ALPS Corporation provides lawyers' professional liability insurance to over 12,500 attorneys nationwide. Managing more than $125 million in investments, APLS is endorsed by more bar associations than any other insurance company. As an early adopter of Concur TripLink, ALPS Corporation is now able to see the connection between travel and expense instantly. American Red Cross

With expense and invoice technology, their invoice processing time was reduced from thirty days to five and they saved over $60 million dollars from early payment discounts, rebates, and sourcing opportunities.




General Mills

General Mills, Inc. is an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer foods sold through retail stores. They now have a centralized process within global travel as well as visibility into the expense reports of 13,000 associates.
