Concur TripLink helps companies capture travel itineraries, no matter how employees book. It connects trips, travelers and itineraries across multiple channels, allowing companies to apply policy and fulfill duty of care obligations by making it easier to quickly locate and communicate with employees in the event of an issue or emergency.
We recently added an exciting new supplier to our network. Concur TripLink customers can now connect their Concur account with Booking.com using the Booking.com App Center Listing. This allows users to make reservations on Booking.com’s website and receive booking data directly in their Concur account, Concur mobile app, and TripIt Pro. Bookings will automatically appear in Concur without a need to email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, providing immediate visibility into traveler spend and monitoring for policy rules, if applicable. Check out our Booking.com demo video below to see this connection in action!
Booking.com gives travelers access to more than 1.5 million properties in more than 220 countries, including a wide variety of apartment and hotel options not available in the GDS. This new integration provides companies with greater visibility into travel plans and spend. In addition to the largest accommodation database in the world, travelers get flexible cancellation policies and free cancellation options, value-added benefits like free breakfast and early check-in options, 24/7 customer support in 43 languages, and an easy travel experience when their information flows back to Concur. For more information, check out the Booking.com TripLink App Center listing.
The Booking.com TripLink integration complements the already available Booking.com content within the Concur travel platform. For more information about Booking.com content availability in Concur, visit the Booking.com Enterprise App Center listing.
