Change to Cash Advance Return Assignment Logic

Previously, Concur combined some cash advance returns into a single journal entry--if the system processed the return in a currency different than the one requested. Now, Concur accounts for cash advances in the following order:

  1. Matching currency returns
  2. Non-matching currency returns
  3. Expenses

This change generates a Standard Accounting Extract with all of the expected journal entries.
