It’s been a busy beginning to 2010 here at Concur, and it promises to get even more exciting as we converge on South Florida this week for the big event. I refer, of course, to Concur Fusion, our annual client event (although I understand there’s another event being held just down the road in Miami that same week).
And as hundreds of Concur employees, clients and partners head to Florida this week to network, share best practices and learn from one another, we wrapped up last week announcing a global agreement with American Express Business Travel. This extends the successful relationship Concur has with American Express through the agreement previously announced with Global Commercial Card. We’re excited to add yet another global partner to help Concur provide clients with a powerful and flexible travel and expense management platform that enables them to reduce complexities, control spend and increase savings.
This partnership is further validation for Concur’s industry-leading vision and underscores our commitment to be the global technology platform for travel and expense management. The combination of Concur’s world-class technology and American Express Business Travel’s leading global travel management services and expertise will provide our clients with all three components of a best in class travel and expense management program – payment, travel management and expense management.
