In Concur Locate, the Delivery Channel menu has been redesigned to better reflect the choices you have when sending a message. The three choices are:
- Best enabled channel when you allow the system to determine which channel to use to send the message.
- If neither the mobile app nor SMS is enabled by your travelers, then Email only is another option you can select, and last
- With the All channels option, messages are sent by using the Concur mobile app, SMS, and email.
