Kelly: Concur is actually innovating faster than a lot of our customers can adapt to it, but that's what makes it so great, is that they can bring features and functionality to their end users before they realize they'll need it.
Suzanne: We need to be ahead of what our clients' needs are, because we have to be there with a solution before they even realize we have a problem.
Prashanth: With 7 out of 10 business travelers carrying a smartphone, it's clear that mobile is here to stay.
Sarah: It's been a long time now since we at Concur saw the cell phone as just for making calls.
Kelly: With mobile, our clients really can do anything, anywhere, anytime. I think it really gives us that capacity to walk into the 21st century and beyond.
Suzanne: My favorite feature would have to be mobile. We all live by our mobile device, and Concur was to market first, again.
Sarah: In five years, people may do most of their work on the mobile device, whether it be Android, whether it be iPad, whatever comes in the next two years as far as tablets and devices, and never touch a PC.
Prashanth: Talk about no limit. We have mobile on every platform in the whole industry. You can book your rental car and your hotel, you can build your entire expense report on the mobile device. You could edit it all within your policy.
Kelly: My clients can't stop raving about mobile. They love the ability to snap a photo of a receipt and upload it into their expense report.
Sarah: Another feature that I really love is the Google Maps car mileage feature that we have. It automates, with a familiar interface, mileage tracking.
Suzanne: Amtrak is one of the coolest things we've done recently. We have an Amtrak direct connect. Now you can book it online, or you can book it on your mobile device, and it's totally seamless.
Prashanth: While our competitors talk about enhancements, we code. Our competitors add incremental features every six months. We add major features every month.
