Jamie Kiser

Vice President, Global Service Operations

Jamie will be joined onstage by special guests from FEMA to discuss how they have transformed and digitized their deployment efforts to mobilize thousands of relief personnel to the recent natural disasters.

Jamie Kiser is driven by her passion for organizational growth, customer success, and connecting the Concur vision with customer goals. She currently serves as Vice President, Global Service Operations, focusing on driving operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction within Concur's Global Services business. She is responsible for organizational planning and performance, service delivery partners, learning services, and the federal government business unit. Jamie joined Concur in 2013 to lead implementation delivery services for U.S. federal agency transitions to a successor travel management service. She led and assisted 20+ software implementations for some of the largest and most complex federal departments. She previously served as the VP, Account Management, leading the account management team, Government PMO, Contracts and Communications. Before joining Concur, she supported the GSA's $1.4B acquisition (ETS2) and began her career at Northrop Grumman working in implementation and R&D for the legacy contract, ETS1. Jamie resides in Chantilly, VA with her husband and children.

Chris Atkins

Vice President for Digital Transformation, SAP Public Sector

Chris Atkins serves as Vice President for Digital Government Transformation at SAP Public Sector. Chris works with customers, account teams, and partners to guide SAP's efforts to provide thought leadership in digital government transformation, with a special focus on the North American market. Chris brings nearly fifteen years of public sector industry expertise to SAP. Chris served as Director of the Indiana Office of Management and Budget for Governor Mike Pence from 2013-2015. He served as chief financial officer for the State of Indiana and chief executive sponsor for Governor Pence's MPH initiative to solve pressing public policy problems with innovative technology. Chris also served as Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Revenue for Governor Pence, policy advisor to Governor Mitch Daniels, and policy roles at the Tax Foundation and American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) in Washington, D.C. Chris also served as Chief Innovation Officer at Mainstreet, a health care real estate development company.
