Jim Lucier
Chief Revenue Officer, North America and Chief Services Officer
Mr. Lucier's passion for driving sustainable organizational growth is supported by his commitment to customer-driven centricity - connecting Concur goals with customer needs. Jim was appointed Chief Revenue Officer, North America, in January 2017, while maintaining previous responsibilities as Chief Services Officer. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jim is responsible for leading Enterprise and SMN markets in the United States and Canada and Global Operations for the Concur Distribution organization. As Chief Services Officer, Jim oversees the Services, Support and Customer Experience teams, who are focused on securing trust and advocacy with Concur customers. Jim's journey with Concur began in 2008 as SVP, and in 2011 he became General Manager for the Federal Government Business Unit. Jim's previous industry experience included senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Xign, Etensity and Gnossos Software.

SVP, Travel Product
Doug Anderson leads Concur's Travel Product Strategy, which includes our industry leading Online Booking Tool, market defining traveler productivity app, TripIt, as well as Travel Request and Duty of Care products. Named one of the Top 35 Under 35 Leaders in online travel by PhoCusWright, Doug brings extensive experience in the travel industry as an early adopter of online hotel distribution for Hilton Hotels, a member of the Hotwire.com startup team, and Co-Founder and CPO of Limos.com. Beyond his travel passion, Doug supports youth development organizations and helps mentor aspiring leaders on the virtues of customer empathetic product management.

Dennis Miller
Director of Disbursement Services, University of San Francisco
Dennis Miller is the Director of Disbursement Services at the University of San Francisco where he has worked for eighteen years. He implemented Concur 10 years ago and oversees an Accounts Payable team that administers the Concur Travel & Expense and Invoice systems. He has previous Human Resource experience in the title, staffing, and higher education fields. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis, his certificate in Human Resource Management from UC Berkeley Extension, and his Master's in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
