David Ball is a long time SAP Concur employee who joined Concur in early 2007. David created and led the SMB Solutions Consulting organization, partnering with thousands of clients over the years. Understanding the needs of the customer and mapping to solutions continues to be a passion for David. As Vice President, Customer Strategy, he remains focused on our SMB customers, providing solutions to meet them where they are, and take them where they want to go. Currently, David is focused on building out the newly formed SAP Business Exchange platform, with additional responsibility for our SMB travel booking tool, Concur Hipmunk. David is based in our Bellevue, WA office location.

His teams focus on providing our customers with actionable analytic driven solutions to manage employee driven spend, optimize savings, enhance operational efficiency and improve business performance. Named one of the Top 30 Under 30 Leaders in travel by PhoCusWright, Brian brings extensive experience in the travel & expense analytics space through his experience at TRX and Oracle. He is based out of Sacramento, CA
