The following terms apply to everyone who signs up to receive SMS messages from their employer, educational institution, or other providing entity or a service provider of one of these entities, such as a travel management company (“Providing Entity”) using the services of Concur Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries, and other affiliated and related companies (“Concur,” “we,” or “us”) presently known as Concur Locate and TMC Messaging (“Service”). Agreement to receive an SMS message is not a condition of purchasing a good or service. When you sign up for the text alert program, you are expressly consenting to receive recurring text messages (sent via an autodialing telephone system) from the Service. These messages contain information from your Providing Entity, including travel or location-related alerts and any other business related alerts your Providing Entity chooses to send. Frequency of text messages varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge recipients a fee for texts sent by the Providing Entity through the Service; however, depending on your messaging plan, your mobile carrier may charge you for each message you receive or that you send through the Service. It is your responsibility to know whether your carrier will charge you per-message costs (for instance, if you do not have an unlimited texting plan, or have exceeded your monthly quota of free messages). We assume no responsibility for charges incurred by your agreeing to receive SMS messages from the Service. The content rating for messages is 18+. You may opt out of our texts at any time by texting the word STOP from your enrolled mobile device in response to a text. For help text HELP from your enrolled mobile device in response to a text. The Service is supported by various carriers in different countries.
