I checked into a low budget hotel in the middle of Iowa one winter evening..... only hotel for 40 miles or so. Had to ask for another room as the guest before me had been a hunter and the maid had NOT QUITE cleaned the room to my liking. Not sure what was in the bathroom, but the trucks with shotguns in the back window of the parking lot should have been fair warning for me.... I now consider myself informed!
