I work for a Maritime Transportation Company and regularly travel up and down the east coast and Caribbean. It was a Tuesday morning when I got a call to be in New York by night, so I got packed and hit the airport and landed at 5 PM. When I got a message to travel to Boston. By now I was tired since I didn't sleep the night before due to Happy Hour at a Mexican restaurant. I fell asleep on the train and was awoken by the smell of 4 cups of coffee left on my trayback with a note that said FREE COFFEE PLEASE ENJOY. Curious as to why this coffee was here I asked the conductor and his response was "Well if you were awake, you would have realized along with the rest of us that it worse to let it out then to hold it in." I guess those tacos came for a visit and I was passing gas the whole time I was asleep. I have yet to sleep aboard a train or plane since.

I've had alleged Mexican food in Ohio, Anonymous. They don't even get it close.
Come on down to Fort Worth and we'll fix you up. ; )
Flying from Alaska to Bethel, my seatmates and I suffered through a similar experience. I don't think Mexican food was really the culprit.
You haven't been to the Sky Harbor airport in Arizona, then. The Blue Burrito, great stuff! In fact, I'm sure I've seen Mexican restaurants in Utah's Salt Lake City airport, too.
Cleveland Airport has a great Mexican restaurant. Serves the best Margaritas!
Have you ever noticed there are never any Mexican restaurants in airports, at least not in the States?
