Fusion 2011 will be held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip directly between City Center and the Bellagio, the brand new 2,995-room resort features oversized residential-style living spaces with expansive, one-of-a-kind private terraces.

Hotel Reservations

Concur's primary room block at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and overflow room block at The Bellagio have been filled. The group rates are no longer available and attendees will be offered the standard room rates as long as rooms remain available within these hotels.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is located directly between The Bellagio and CityCenter (Vdara and Aria) and across the street from Planet Hollywood and Marriott's Grand Chateau. The room rates at The Bellagio, Vdara, Aria, Planet Hollywood and Marriott's Grand Chateau range from $149.00 to $189.00 per night, plus applicable taxes and resort fees. Please note: Making hotel reservations is a separate process from registering for the Fusion conference. You must secure your hotel reservation in addition to registering for the conference.

Transportation

Concur will offer continuous shuttle service between McCarran International Airport (LAS) and The Cosmopolitan for arrivals from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, and departures from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18. For arrivals, AWG staff will meet Concur attendees in the baggage claim area and the coaches will be located at the O-Level of the airport. For departures, AWG staff and coaches will be located at the hotel’s Porte Cochere. Just look for the Fusion 2011 signs!

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Fusion 2011, with the exception of the Social Event on Thursday evening which is casual attire. In February, the average high in Las Vegas is 63°F and the average low is 39°F. Evenings and meeting rooms can occasionally be cool, so come prepared for fluctuations in temperature.
