Where is Fusion 2012?
Fusion 2012, Concur’s annual client conference, will take place at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek located at 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando, Florida 32821.

What are the conference dates?
May 8-11, 2012. Fusion 2012 registration check-in begins Tuesday, May 8 at noon and continues throughout the week. The conference kicks off Tuesday with a full day of activities and content and concludes on Friday with the final breakout sessions.

Why should I attend Fusion 2012?
Fusion 2012 is Concur's premier client event of the year! This conference brings together Concur clients, partners and staff to connect, collaborate and inspire. Each year attendees become more enthusiastic as they experience the products and services that will help their organizations easily manage travel and expenses. Which meals are provided at the conference?
The following meal functions are included as part of the conference registration fee for attendees:

  • Tuesday, May 8: Welcome Reception (cocktails and appetizers)
  • Wednesday, May 9: continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and Happy Hour (cocktails only)
  • Thursday, May 10: continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and Social Event (dinner included)
  • Friday, May 11: continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks

Whom should I contact if I require additional assistance (ADA) or have dietary restrictions?
Please note any special requirements under the "Additional Information" section on the registration form and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. All dietary restrictions will be communicated to the hotel. At the conference, please notify one of the hotel banquets staff or Concur events staff should you require a special meal (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) so that we can provide it to you.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions, with the exception of the Social Event on Thursday evening which is casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the Orlando climate can vary, so we also suggest you wear layered clothing for comfort and flexibility.

When and where is the First-Timers’ Reception?

All first-time Fusion attendees are invited to join us for a special reception taking place in advance of the Welcome Reception. We are excited that you are joining us for our premier client event of the year and want to provide you with the opportunity to speak with Concur staff and executives, as well as meet other clients who are attending Fusion for the first time. The First-Timers’ Reception will take place outside at the Hilton Bonnet Creek’s Signature Island from 5 – 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8. This event is limited to Fusion first-time Concur clients only.

When and where is the Welcome Reception?

Join us for the opportunity to expand your network, meet with old friends and make new ones at the opening Welcome Reception. Talk with other attendees in a more relaxed setting and enjoy great food as well as cocktails. The Welcome Reception takes place outside at the Bonnet Creek Pool from 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8. The event is included as part of your Fusion registration. Tickets for guests may be purchased in advance on the registration site or onsite at the Concur Registration Desk for $75 per person.

When and where is the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour?

Join us for happy hour and enjoy a cocktail before heading out for a night on the town! The happy hour will take place in the Exhibit Hall and surrounding foyers from 5 – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9.

When and where is the Social Event?

Last year's Social Event was such a hit that we decided to step it up a notch and hold an all-out “Totally Awesome 80's” party at the Hard Rock Live Orlando featuring The Spazmatics – the same band who rocked your socks off last year! Come dressed in your favorite 80’s attire. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes!

To complete your look, we'll have 80's hair and make-up specialists onsite to help with your makeover! Who knows? There may even be a few 80's icons strolling through the party, so have your camera ready! Don't miss a memorable evening filled with great food, live music and nonstop entertainment.

The Social Event takes place at the Hard Rock Live Orlando from 7 – 11 p.m. on Thursday, May 10. Dress for comfort and play! This event is included as part of your Fusion registration. Tickets for guests may be purchased in advance at the Concur Registration Desk for $150 per person. You must be 21 years old to attend this event. Shuttle service begins at 6 p.m. from the Hilton's porte cochere. Shuttle service sponsored by Sabre Travel Network.

Are guests allowed to attend?
Guests may attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 8 and/or the Social Event on Thursday, May 10. Guest passes are $75 per person for the Welcome Reception and $150 per person for the Social Event and may be purchased in advance through the registration site or onsite at the Concur Registration Desk. All other conference functions are restricted to registered attendees.
