Hotel Reservations
Register for Fusion 2012 prior to making your hotel reservations to secure the group room rate. Unfortunately, the dedicated block of rooms for conference attendees at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek at the special room rate of $189 per night, plus applicable taxes, is now SOLD OUT! Alternatively, Concur has set up overflow room blocks for conference attendees at the following hotels:

The Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort is approximately 5.5 miles (11 minutes) from the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Concur will provide daily shuttle service between the Sheraton and the Hilton.
The above discounted group rates are valid May 8–11, 2012 and are available for pre- and post-conference dates, based on availability. The cut-off date to make reservations is Saturday, April 14, 2012, after which reservations will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis. The hotels cannot guarantee the group rates once the room blocks are sold out.
Please note: Making hotel reservations is a separate process from registering for the Fusion conference. You must secure your hotel reservation in addition to registering for the conference.
Deposit and Cancellation
The hotel will require one night’s deposit in advance to guarantee the hotel reservation. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately and a hotel confirmation will be sent to the guest. The hotel shall refund deposits for cancellations received prior to 6 p.m. three (3) days before the arrival date. No refunds shall be granted after this time.
If you don't arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can opt NOT to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night's room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel opts to reinstate your reservation.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. Guests are permitted to check in early or check out later, subject to room availability. The hotel’s bell services will store baggage at no charge for early arrivals and late departures.
