How it works

Concur’s Locate & Alert service enables companies to identify and confirm the location of all employees and then communicate with them wherever they may be. An employee’s default location is determined by their primary work location and is updated to reflect travel plans booked through Concur or shared with TripIt®. Employees can also check-in at their discretion using Concur’s mobile application. Key features include:

  • View global map showing current, past or future locations of employees.
  • Send two-way communication via multiple methods including outbound voice, text message, email or Twitter direct message.
  • Restrict who can access location information for executives and employees with sensitive schedules.
  • Allow employees to provide their location and request assistance via mobile device.
