Concur uses a Software-as-a-Service model to provide you with a solution that is easy to purchase, implement, and manage.

As a Web-based solution, you do not need to purchase additional hardware or software. There are no on-going license agreements or fees. You subscribe to the service with a monthly charge based on the number of expense reports submitted (volume).

Easy to administer & configure

Concur makes service administration easy. You make the changes to the configuration of your solution including adding or removing users, without the need for input from your IT department, or external consultants.

Also, when required, it automatically updates your solution to the latest version, without the need for your involvement.

You can also outsource your service administration to Concur to do it for you.

Need global functionality?

Concur has extensive global functionality options that include integrated multiple currencies, per diem and travel allowances, mileage allowances, and VAT rates for the countries in which you may operate.

Need global reporting?

All your data is held in a single database so you have a better understanding of your entire organisation’s travel and expense data.
