The development of Clockware's web-based software technology began in 1996 as an early demonstration of application server technology. After developing the world's first web-based time tracking application, the Company became one of the first companies to launch ASP applications in late 1999. In 2000, the Company has continued its development of related licensed software technology and services which facilitate the tracking and management of professional and other workers' projects, work and time. The Company has important existing and developing technology and business partnerships that extend its development platform and its customer reach into several markets worldwide. Its products and services currently interface more than 250 payroll and back office systems as well as with enterprise-wide ERP systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft and are scalable to many thousands of users.
