Jeff CacyJeff Cacy

Jeff Cacy is the Managing Director, Global Airline Marketing Services, for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company. In his current role he is responsible for developing and implementing airline marketing programs and consultancy, assisted by a staff of Airline Marketing Services regional directors.

Prior to joining the Boeing commercial marketing team, he spent thirty years in various airline commercial development and marketing roles. During his airline tenure he held management positions in customer relationship marketing, loyalty marketing, business travel programs, call center management, airline alliances and worldwide sales.

Cacy holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Alaska, the University of Washington, and an MBA from the University of Washington. Born and raised in Alaska, he now resides in Seattle, Washington.

Serge Bacchus

Serge Bacchus joined UNISYS in 1997 as a Commodity European Manager and is currently the European Travel Manager. He manages European implementations for contracts regarding catering, cleaning, car fleet, furniture, copiers, stationary and facility management outsourcing. Serge switched to travel 4 years ago with the aim of implementing a European self booking solution for 15 countries, aligning the travel policy, consolidating the implementation of one single travel agent and managing hotels, car rental and air deals. Before coming to UNISYS, Serge spent 5 years with Fedex as the France Procurement Manager and European Events Manager.

A 24-year veteran in the travel industry, Maureen Brady has extensive experience in travel operations, multinational account management, and strategic international program design. Maureen is a Californian who now bases herself in BCD Travel’s global headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and draws on her international experience of M&A activity, online technology and industry relations to lead a team dedicated to delivering bespoke, sophisticated customer solutions.

Vincent Eavis, Managing Director, joined Citi in 1995 and is responsible for responsible for Citi Commercial & Prepaid Card & Public Sector Cash Management EMEA Sales. In this capacity Vincent and his team work with Public Sector entities and the top 1500 corporations globally, providing them with Proprietary International Corporate, Procurement, One card and Prepaid programmes. Before Citi, Vincent worked at Diners Club for five years, initially in Credit Management roles before eventually becoming Head of Business Development. Prior to this he was at GE Capital for five years, where his roles included Litigation Manager, handling credit collection, and responsibility for GE's European Operations Centre and Customer Service.

Malin Jepsen

Malin Jepsen is the Project Manager for IKEA Corporate Finance S.A./N.V, Belgium. She is responsible for implementing Concur within the IKEA Group of companies. Previous employers include Framfab AB, Sweden; IKEA of Sweden AB, Sweden; IKEA Services AB, Sweden. Previous tasks: Project Leader (Ext. & Int. communication), PR & Intranet. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media & Communication from Lund University in Sweden and an International Relations degree from Universiteit van Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Klaus Goddard

Klaus works within BCD Travel’s Online Technology Solutions team and manages a team of Technical Sales Managers based throughout Europe. The team is responsible for working with customers to identify ‘best fit’ online technology solutions. These comprise Online Booking Tools as well as solutions from BCD Travel’s extensive ‘Source’ product suite, delivering end-to-end online solutions including online profile management and data & risk management tools. Klaus’s team also has responsibility for driving customer online adoption.

Klaus has worked in the travel industry for almost twenty years in the UK, Germany and Canada in a variety of commercial project and product-related roles both within TMCs as well as travel technology companies.

Jim has been with Abbott for 24 years in various systems roles. Has managed Concur Expense and Travel Expense Operations since 2003 and was the 1st customer up on Expense Management v7.0. Recently promoted, Jim now manages Expense Management rollout internationally, with 14 countries currently up and more to follow. Jim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in Business Adminstration and minor in Computer Technology.

Ali Sadek

Mr. Sadek started managing this function August 2007 making the transition from market Control where Mr. Sadek was the market controller for North Africa Region. Mr. Sadek has worked for Ericsson for almost 8 year in different functions within project management and supply chain management. Five of the 8 years Mr. Sadek worked in the Middle East.

Sue Scriven has 17 years of IT industry experience, of which the last 9 years have been at Dell. She has worked in a variety of roles including Sales, Marketing, Operations and now Procurement. Currently, Sue is responsible for Dell’s EMEA Travel Program – sourcing and operations – and has successfully implemented Concur Cliqbook Travel in the UK and Ireland. Dell is soon to launch in the Netherlands and Germany.

Prior to its acquisition by Concur, Tom was the founder of Outtask, Inc. and served as Outtask’s president and CEO. Twice recognized by BTN Magazine as one of the industry’s 25 Most Influential Executives, he has more than 20 years of experience applying technology solutions to address global business and industry challenges. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Suzanne Fletcher is the Director of Travel/Industry Relations for Concur, a Redmond, WA based company. Concur is the world’s leading provider of on-demand Employee Spend Management services. At Concur, Suzanne will be managing the travel service relationships – both from an internal and external perspective. She will also build upon Concur’s strong travel manager community, and play a critical role in developing Concur Connect and Concur’s industry relations function. Suzanne is based out of the Concur office in Prague. Prior to her current role, Suzanne was Director of Travel and Meeting Management. Fleet, Transportation, and Food Service for Weyerhaeuser Corporation (1996-2006), and Director of Travel and Meeting for Nestle USA from 1991 to 1996.

Fred Fredericks has been actively involved in designing and developing Travel and Expense technology for more than eight years. Fred joined Outtask when it was founded in 1999, where he led the development team on the Vinnet expense management product. During this time, he also worked closely with the development team of the company’s online self-booking tool, Cliqbook. In early 2006 after Concur’s acquisition of Outtask, Fred transitioned into a Product Strategy role for Concur Cliqbook Travel with a special focus on analyzing global markets and the integration of Concur Travel & Expense. Fred received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Rajeev Singh is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Concur and is responsible for ensuring that the operating groups align and execute against the company’s revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets and for helping to define the corporate strategy. He has been the company’s President since 2005, and COO since 2003. Prior to his executive role, he worked in numerous capacities at Concur, including heading the sales, marketing, development and client services organizations. Singh co-founded Concur with Michael Hilton in 1993. Prior to founding the company, he worked as an engineer at Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Katherine Sullivan

Katherine Sullivan’s primary focus is driving product strategy for the Concur Expense offering. In her nine year tenure, Katherine has served in varies roles within Concur. Most recently, she served as the Director of Research & Development for the Concur Expense Pro offering. Prior to that, she worked as Licensed Series 6 & 63 Lead Project Manager for Merrill Lynch in the 401(k) division.

Troy Thibodeau is vice president of strategic marketing for Concur, responsible for helping the company deliver solutions and innovation to address market trends and the specific needs of Concur clients. Prior to joining Concur, Thibodeau was vice president of marketing for Gelco Expense Management and a marketing leader for Honeywell’s Commercial Energy Business, with additional leadership experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers and General Mills. Thibodeau holds a CPA, is Six Sigma certified and earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Belinda Zinciola has more than 15 years experience with the automation of expense reporting.
