I have worked for two companies in the past and both used Concur system. Employees working at both places found this system very cumbersome and difficult to use. In order to save 10 to 15 % of travel expenses, the company incurs lot more expense in providing support to the employees in completing expense reports and in employees time and it also has adversly affected employee's morale. I am surprised how could Concur claim the savings when total cost to the company may be much higher.
