Steve Singh

Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer

Steve Singh currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Singh has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 1996, and was appointed to Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 1999. Prior to joining Concur Technologies, Mr. Singh was General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation.

Rajeev Singh

President, and Chief Operating Officer

Rajeev Singh serves as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for helping to define the corporate strategy and for ensuring that the operating groups align and execute against the company's revenue, customer acquisition and satisfaction, and profitability targets. He has been the company's President since 2005, and COO since 2003. Prior to that, he worked in numerous capacities at Concur, including heading the marketing, sales, and client services organizations. Mr. Singh co-founded Concur with Michael Hilton in 1993. Prior to that, he worked in engineering with Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. He holds a B.S.E. from Western Michigan University.

John Adair

Chief Financial Officer

John Adair currently serves as CFO for Concur Technologies, with over 14 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry. Mr. Adair joined Concur in May 2000 as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Adair was Controller for PACCAR Financial and PACCAR Leasing, and prior to that he served as Senior Vice President Finance for ValliCorp Holdings and ValliWide Bank. Mr. Adair holds a B.S. in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Michael Hilton

Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing

Michael Hilton co-founded Concur Technologies in August 1993, and served as CEO until 1996. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Hilton oversees all product development for Concur Technologies. Mr. Hilton has over 20 years of software development and senior management experience. His background includes leadership of the initial development efforts for ACT! for Windows as well as MacWrite Pro for the Macintosh. Mr. Hilton holds a B.A. in Computer and Information Sciences and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Kyle Sugamele

Chief Legal Officer

Kyle Sugamele joined Concur in August 2000 as Vice President and General Counsel, responsible for managing the legal affairs for the company, and currently serves as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Sugamele was general counsel at Cellular Technical Services Company, a provider of software solutions for the wireless telecommunications industry. Mr. Sugamele has over 18 years of experience in providing legal services to a wide range of public and private businesses.

Tom DePasquale

Executive Vice President, Research and Development

Tom DePasquale guides Concur’s strategy and the development of its next generation of travel and expense management services as Executive Vice President of Technology. Prior to its acquisition by Concur, Tom was the founder of Outtask, Inc. and served as Outtask’s president and CEO. Twice recognized by BTN Magazine as one of the industry’s 25 Most Influential Executives, he has more than 20 years of experience applying technology solutions to address global business and industry challenges. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
