Medical
Concur offers two medical plan choices for employees. Eligible employees have a choice between two PPO plans - a base plan and a buy-up plan. Concur pays 100% of the employee premium and a significant percentage of dependent premiums for the base plan. Those employees who choose the buy-up PPO plan pay the difference in cost ($25.00/mo for employee only coverage).
Dental
Concur offers a dental plan to eligible employees. Concur pays 100% of the employee premium and a percentage of dependent premiums.
Vision
Concur offers a vision plan to eligible employees. Concur pays 100% of the employee premium and a percentage of dependent premiums.
Life Insurance & AD&D
Concur provides at no cost to employees basic life coverage of two times annual base salary plus an additional two times annual base salary for accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.
Supplemental Life
Concur offers employees the option of purchasing additional supplemental life and AD&D insurance up to $500,000. Spousal Life/AD&D insurance and Dependent Life/AD&D insurance are also available.
Long Term Disability
Concur provides at no cost to employees Long Term Disability coverage at a rate of 60% monthly salary.
Short Term Disability
Concur provides at no cost to employees Short Term Disability coverage at a rate of 66 2/3% weekly salary.
Employee Assistance Program
Concur provides at no cost to all employees and their families, a confidential employee assistance program.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Concur offers flexible spending accounts to allow employees to pay for out of pocket medical expenses and daycare expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Domestic Partners
Concur offers benefits for an employee’s domestic partner if that person has lived with the employee for 6 or more months.
Personal Days
22 PTO days per year for employees with up to 7 years of service (prorated based on hire date) and 27 PTO days for employees with 7+ years of service.
Holidays
7 standard holidays per year, plus 1 company designated day.
Concur Cares Days
Concur provides its employees with paid volunteer hours each quarter so they can dedicate time to a non-profit organization of their choice. Concur recognizes that part of doing great things at work is providing the opportunity for employees to do great things in our community.
401(k) Plan
Concur provides employees with an opportunity to plan for retirement through tax deferred contributions to a 401(k) Plan. Employees may enroll after their first payroll or will be automatically enrolled after 30 days of employment. Contribution and investment changes can be made at any time. Concur’s 401(k) matching program has no vesting period. What employees receive is 100% theirs and is completely accessible to the employee.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Concur allows employees to participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and purchase Concur Common Stock at a discounted price.
Employee Referral Program
Concur offers an employee referral program that pays a $1000 bonus for each referral hired and employed for 30 days.
Tuition Reimbursement
Concur reimburses 100% of educational expenses up to the plan annual maximums for pre-approved courses.
